Individual therapy is where we will meet together one-on-one for a 50 minute session. We will design a customized plan for treatment and meet weekly or biweekly, depending on your needs. These sessions are private and confidential and our discussion is not shared with others.
Families are complex working systems and the dynamics of a family include varying traditions, attitudes, behaviors and emotions. Within family sessions, it is important to work together as a team to work towards resolution, while also focusing on each member as an individual. We will meet for a 50 minute session, weekly or biweekly, depending on your family's needs. Confidentiality will still apply to the family and each member if we meet individually.
Relationships are important investments within our lives. They require communication, compromise and mutual respect. Our goal is to gain insight into your relationship, recognize barriers, resolve conflict and improve overall satisfaction within your partnership. We will meet for a 50 minute session, weekly or biweekly, depending on your and your partner's needs. Confidentiality will still apply to you as a couple and each member if we meet individually.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based psychotherapy designed to help individuals heal from trauma and distressing life experiences. EMDR is widely used to treat PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other trauma-related concerns. Rather than requiring detailed retelling of painful events, EMDR works by helping the nervous system resolve what feels “stuck,” allowing clients to move forward with greater clarity, resilience, and emotional freedom.
Assisted therapy involving ketamine or other psychedelic medicine is a structured, clinically supervised treatment model that combines the neurobiological effects of psychoactive compounds with psychotherapy to facilitate psychological healing. Treatment typically includes three phases: preparation (establishing therapeutic alliance and intention), the dosing session (medically monitored administration with psychological support), and integration (processing insights and translating them into sustained behavioral change). This model is particularly utilized for treatment-resistant depression, PTSD, anxiety disorders, and trauma-related conditions.
My approach is one that is comprised of a mixture of therapeutic techniques and interventions that are designed to treat each of my clients individually. To me, my clients are the center of their world and I treat them as such; understanding that every aspect of their life contributes to their overall well-being. I am honest and direct, and aim for an open and trusting therapeutic relationship. I treat all my clients with respect, love, compassion and empathy. Within our first session, we will discuss your reasons for seeking therapy and create an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve your therapeutic goals.
I offer flexible weekday, evening, and weekend in-person availability. Please contact me to discuss current availability and scheduling.
